Refurbished Ipad Junk

I was given the wrong information on the gb on the tablet I purchased. Paid $40 for shipping which took 11 days to receive. I was told it was a 32gb tablet. It was only a 16gb. Came with no charger, tons of scratches. Called in, terrible customer service. Owner, Mrs. Riley was rude. Paying for the junk won't kill me but I was blown away at the rudeness.

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I paid for two 10.1 inch 512 GB Tablets in pink and sea green and received at first two 7 inch tablets and it took weeks to get a hold of customer service. They continued to steer me to the chat bot when I was instructed to call to place the order in the first place. Once I got a hold of customer service the lady mentioned there weren’t any notes from the chat bot or on my order then instructed me to return them for an exchange and put a note on my account for them to send the correct tablets. I paid to have them sent back and in return received two black 10 inch 6 GB tablets. Called customer service and I believe I was actually speaking with the lady that did the advertisement and she refused to give me a refund only a credit towards future purchases, plus I would have to pay to return them AND stated that the tablets were UP TO 512GB you would have to pay even more for 512 GB tablets. Then made me to feel like I didn’t see and hear what was clearly explained in the advertisement video. I rewatched the video before and after the call with customer service to confirm it wasn’t me!! It was never expressed that if I receive the wrong product that I can only return them for a credit because they do not give refunds. This is false advertisement. Also they weren’t even name brand tablets. I screenshotted the video ad that clearly stated 512GB for $100 each it was NEVER up to 512GB. I paid $286 total with $86 in taxes and shipping which is crazy. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM and they give you a hard time as a customer for YOU not receiving what you paid for.

The order was filled and delivered…

The order was filled and delivered quickly. The bottles are too small for the price. You would only get a week use out of the bottle and the shipping cost is just as much as the bottle. I can't tell you if it works because I will not pay $60 a week for this product. They are scamming people out of their money. Those bottles are 4oz and not enough to use to see a difference. If I could give it a 0 I would. You spend your money and no incentives. The products they using might be stuff you buy from Walmart and putting her company name on it. I will never buy from them again and they using Lord name to make you think they are honest. A waste of money and time. I was just trying to patronize her company, but im sure I can find better products and cheaper on Amazon.

What you see isn't what you get

I have a few unfavorable comments to make about the owner Ms. Riley and her workers from what I've observed an experienced. I placed an order on 6/22 I received it 7/13 it was sent from Georgia to California regular mail not from China. I ordered a packet which was supposed to have 30 weight loss patches & 24 tea bags but received 29 patches & 25 tea bags. I called about this and the person who answered wasn't customer service oriented she said Ms. Riley isn't going to send 1 patch but she will relay the message for a callback. Ms. Riley called back and commented about me counting the items and was laughing then said she told her workers to add an extra patch which she asked if I got I acknowledged I did then she tried to say the tea bag was more beneficial than the patch. She didn't know what area of weight loss I want to focus on (supposedly the patches focuses on a different area than the tea bags).I suppose she thought 1 patch shouldn't make a difference. I told her I wanted to get what I ordered and paid for. She acknowledged the mistake but told me to mail the tea bag back then she will mail the patch. I told her I shouldn't have to pay to send it back she said she would have to pay to send the patch. This isn't professional no Customer Service Skills displayed and no responsibility taken at all. I told her I won't be sending it back. There are too many complaints against them she should read them and reevaluate how she is running her business. I guess if a person is all about money they don't care. She exhibits herself on her Facebook Lives as a caring, honest and Godly person but not behind the camera. There should be someone who goes to businesses and investigates business practices of businesses who get alot of complaints since obviously she isn't addressing them on BBB and trying to resolve these ongoing issues. Also I think she false advertise prices on her packages and the patches I bought are over priced compared to other companies who sell similar or exact patches but I chose to patronize her since I watched her FB Lives showing people including her mom who has lost weight supposedly from the patches.

Credit card watch

First, there is no customer service, just a rude person answering the phone. Second, and most importantly, you need to watch your credit card after using it with this company. When I made this purchase, I used a card that I have not used for a while. A week after I finally received my product, someone tried to order a cheesecake online using my credit card. My credit card company notified me and I was able to deny the charge.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered…..She is a Scam! What I ordered I did not receive….I sent her pictures of what was ordered and what I received….My return was DENIED!!!!! She is a Scam….DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS LIAR! She is getting rich off of lying and only serving her Momma….Talking Loud and Lyin all at the same time! This is a NO STAR REVIEW

They deserve a zero when you call the…

They deserve a zero when you call the customer service the representative is very unprofessional they do not send your order and you are not able to track your orders if you’ve purchased anything call your bank to cancel purchase immediately

So Disappointed

Dang, I wished I would have read here first... I bought the Lipo Extreme Slimming Cream and this stuff makes my stomach itch like crazy. The Alopecia "oil" has no smell and feels and looks like water. After this I'm scared to try the Slim Patch. I called for a refund and was told all sales are final, and to stop using the cream 🤔. In my opinion this company is so unprofessional. I will never purchase from them again.

If I could give this company a zero I…

If I could give this company a zero I would I ordered $150 plus worth of products and I never received all my products I called and there was a rude very emotional man answered the phone I tried to explain the issues not receiving the product that I pay for. In the middle of me, speaking He placed me on hold and never came back. I have not seen a change in my hair. The don’t know if the product work. what I do know is I will never order for this company again they do not deserve my money and the customer service is poor.

Terrible hair the first day you think…

Terrible hair the first day you think it’s great but after 2/3 days al the curls are gone… it’s terrible hair I send pictures to the company and the read my messages but give no reaction about it! I lost 450 euros for this terrible cheap hair and the won’t fixed it! Terrible service … very disappointed in the hair!!! They won’t get 1 star from me but there is no other choice!!!

My honest review so far is my first…

My honest review so far is my first order was perfect and no issues. My second order hasn’t arrived and call for first time and a rude stand-offish woman answered the phone. I asked politely when was my order mailed bc I needed to wash my hair. She replied that department is closed and the system is down and she can’t give me any information. She told me just wait 7-14 days and try to call back then. Now, I’m okay with the waiting but the rudeness and a direct distain for answering the phone to customers was not professional nor true Christ hearted but more of give me your money and f@&$ off. I definitely will find a real Christ beauty business to endorse and give my business to. Fact! God says you tell His people by their fruit and her fruit was rotten to me. Good day!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please know if you have an issues with this company their customer service is terrible. If they send you a wrong product, you have to pay to send it back to them and they will give you a "credit". When you protest, they hang up on you. Please check the complaints on Better Business Bureau, before placing your order

I am extremely disappointed in this…

I am extremely disappointed in this business. I made a $440.96 purchase and did not receive 2 items. When I received the first two boxes,I realized it was only half the order. I called the number provided to inform them of my missing items and the woman answering the phone was extremely rude. During the call I also shared they sent the wrong shampoo. She did not want to answer my questions. A third box came the following week; however I was still missing items. I called that day and they informed me the department that handles that is closed and to call back before 3pm. I called the next day during that time only to learn that was 3pm EST and I’m on PST. The next day I called only to get another rude woman that insinuated I was lying because it was two days after my last order. She requested my information and hung up in my face after I provided it. When I called back to speak with her the young lady said “Susan” was on a call. She wasn’t as rude, but she needs a class on customer service as well. This is not how you treat customers! I don’t know if this product works, but even if it does I believe Black owned businesses should treat their customers better!!!

I was being skeptical about ordering so I did order when placing my order I asked representative since I placed an order over 100 will I get my free wig she said yes I asked her if it would be in with my order she said yes so I patiently called everyday or so until I got fed up with the rudeness and hassle from one person to the other but never got my free wig i even called before time to make sure i got my free wig and still didn't get my free wig Mrs Hill live on fb is real talk but customer service her staff sucks
