On 19 September 2025, my account was charged £64.95 under the description CBA*CCLEANER PIRIF. I wanted to let you know that I did not intend to renew this subscription, and I requested cancellation immediately after the charge was made.
Since the service has not been used and I cancelled promptly, I respectfully request the following:
A full refund of the charge made on 19 September 2025
Please process this refund at your earliest convenience.
If I do not receive confirmation within seven business days, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by disputing the charge with my card provider.
