Ordered one toilet, that was on the website as available, to be informed 2 days later that it wasnt in stock. Waiting for £400 to be refunded.
Ordered a second toilet, a more expensive model, for the exact same thing to happen again.
Nearly £1000.00 tied up in refunds. Not happy at all.

When we needed a new mattress we visited a few retailers around Edinburgh. (Pre lock down tiers)
We were given a Free gift on entering which was a nice touch. We decided on a mattress that was being sold in a few stores in the area. The price quoted was far cheaper and it also included delivery and removing the old mattress. As the mattress was made to order, we were given a delivery time of 6 weeks. We were contacted around a week before the expected delivery date and again 2 days before delivery and given a 2 hour slot. Mattress turned up well packaged, delivery was smooth and very quick. Mattress removed and the packaging from the new mattress removed. Very happy.

I made an error on my order.
This was rectified immediately and a full refund given within 1 hour of contacting their shop.
