Paid for Tracked24 service and card still not arrived, was supposed to be here yesterday.

David was very accommodating

David was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no hard sell approach, just good honest conversation and detailed explanation of what was on offer. Would highly recommend based on our experience. David was also very tolerant of our 18 month old and engaged with him throughout which made the experience easy and less stressful for us. 5 stars.

Really poor service so far

Really poor service so far, placed an order on 14th April, only received shipping reference last week and the item is being held in Spain! I live in the UK and there was no indication this item would be coming from overseas. Also, the website suggest items are sent within 48 hours so I would have expected to recieve my item within 5 days. Website also states 'we are shipping regularly' but no mention of expected delays. Very misleading and should be clear on what the realistic timeframes are.
