Kind and professional support

During the migration from cable to fiber, we have had some challenges; however, Híper, and in particular, Viggo, has been very professional and kind over messages and phone trying to find solutions, and that’s something I truly value when selecting a vendor.

I’ve had a largely positive experience…

I’ve had a largely positive experience with DHI. On the few occasions when I’ve needed assistance, their response has been impressively swift and the service provided was of high quality. However, I feel it’s important to mention that I prefer to select my health providers. I had a couple of less-than-satisfactory experiences with providers that were directly referred by DHI. Despite this, I must commend DHI for their overall excellent service. I look forward to seeing improvements in their provider selection process in the future.

Excellent Service and cares about customer feedback

Recently, I purchased a couch from Bolia, and I must say that the overall experience was quite positive. Tobias, the sales associate who assisted me, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He patiently explored all available options with me and took the time to walk me through various scenarios to ensure I found the perfect fit for my needs.

Tobias's expertise and dedication played a significant role in my decision to make a purchase. His customer service skills were top-notch, and he made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.

However, there is a small suggestion I would like to make regarding the purchasing process. I spent over 36,000 kr on my couch, and while I understand that high-quality products come at a price, it feels a bit disappointing that the protective spray is not included or offered as a complimentary addition. It would be a nice touch if Bolia could consider including the spray for free with such significant purchases, ensuring that the customer's investment is well-protected from the start.

Despite this minor suggestion, I am pleased with my overall experience at Bolia, and I look forward to enjoying my new couch soon. The attention to customer needs and the quality of service provided by Tobias were commendable, making Bolia a store I would recommend to others.

Revision: Following my review, Bolia graciously provided me with the complimentary protective spray. It's gratifying to witness a business valuing customer feedback. Bolia now earns a well-deserved 5-star review!

I still don’t have my package

The package was supposed to be delivered to my address. For no reason is sent to a bike shop to pick it up. The shop could not find it so I still don’t have my package. So I’m pretty disappointed with your service or lack of.

When tracking the parcel, I can see that it was delivered to the pickup point chosen by your sender. The parcel was not ordered as a Home Delivery Parcel.

Delivery date not shown

The delivery date was only displayed after having done the purchase. Even though the item was in stock it took four weeks to be delivered. There was no option for me to cancel the purchase online and it was impossible to get an answer to my phone calls.
I’m still waiting for the item.
