Parcel not left in requested safe place…

Parcel not left in requested safe place but on front door step open to rain and in full view of the street and passers by. Could easily have been left under cover of a side alleyway close to the back gate which is far less obvious /visible from the road. Notification of estimated delivery time received too late.

Excellent service but extra charge overpriced

Easy to speak to someone to clarify information before ordering. Easy to track order progress & delivery.
The two deliverymen were efficient, friendly, helpful & polite.
They had to park the lorry a few meters away from my house....I don't have a drive.
They delivered a fridge freezer ( changed doors to opposite sides) & cooker ( which they installed) tested them both, removed the packaging & old appliances. It took them approx 1 hour.
I joined the AO plan for £40 to get some of these services free but paid £100 for cooker installation & £40 for changing doors ( I wasn't sure I could do this myself though think this is very overpriced hence 4*not 5)

Highly recommended😁

Order dealt with promptly & efficiently. I received my black sheepskin boots in perfect condition.
Size 7 (40) is true to size worn with tights...nothing warmer or thicker needed but if so, you may need to size up. Very warm, comfortable and totally waterproof in heavy rain for an hour yesterday. ( I always use a protector spray on new footwear)
These are my second pair from J&D & I highly recommend both boots & company.

Very speedy response to my order

Very speedy response to my order, standard delivery was impressively fast.The rug was the same colour, denim blue, as pictured. It was heavily discounted in a sale and good quality.
However, I made the mistake of not checking the material and wanted something with a plush pile, for the lounge. This is a woven, flat material, more suited to a kitchen so reluctantly, will have to try to return it.

Wasn't kept informed about order…

Wasn't kept informed about order progress. Parcel arrived within a week.
Bought a v neck merino sweater in Cornflower blue size medium ( I'm a 12 & 5'9"). Sweater is good quality feels soft on the skin and is a beautiful colour exactly as on the website. Its close fitting but not tight so size up if you like a looser fit. Length is just to hips which is fine for me.
My only issue with it is that the sleeves are 3" short of my wrists. If I didn't like the colour as much as I do, I'd have returned it.

Ordered 21st March

Ordered 21st March, received 10th April. No advice that there would be such a long delay although I had anticipated that there might be some delay.
I changed the delivery address before despatch and lenses arrived at the correct address, so have given 2 stars.

We are shipping as normal in the UK, but some deliveries through Royal Mail though we are experiencing delays of up to two days.
