Quality of the both machine and service (so far) is faultless

The machine arrived very quickly even though I had also bought both SSD and RAM upgrades. The machine was not in its original packaging, but very well packaged all-the-same. The machine was clean and, as far as I can see, unblemished. The SSD and OS were expertly prepared and ready to go (my first task being to add a password to the existing admin account, and create a new user for my day-to-day use).
Overall: very happy, even impressed. I would recommend and use them again.

Purple Bricks is a hindrance, not a help

I am trying to view a property and the first available slot that the system is offering is 4 weeks away. This is obviously not true. I am selling my house too, and initially listed with Purple Bricks. 9 months went past with only 1 offer, and that was non-proceedable, and numerous complaints from viewers that PB was not contactable and offered viewing dates were months away. Furthermore, I was told that I would see every enquiry on the advert and that I could connect directly with every potential buyer. That was not true.
Unsurprisingly, I removed my house from Purple Bricks and used a more conventional agent. I had an offer in the first 2 weeks - acceptable and proceedable. The sale is going ahead.
PB: Your system is broken. Please put me in touch with the seller - I will arrange it myself. Purple Bricks is a hindrance, not a help.
