In terms of service InPost was flawless:- speedy, secure and very good tracking and information. The actual process of collecting parcels was again very easy, very clear simple instructions and process so quick and easy.
However : over this last week I will have had to pick up 3 items on three separate occasions. They are all low cost items but the collection point is 12 miles away from me so it will have involved me in travelling over 70miles. Not only that, the location is at a petrol station on a long mainly residential road so not located near a supermarket etc where I can combine the trip with a food shop etc.
Hopefully as the service expands it will cover closer locations.

Lovely website with good balance of technical and aesthetic information. Order was for a selection of sample pots. This was processed immediately. When a problem occurred with couriers delivery plans, Little Green responded immediately to my communication at the weekend ( unbelievable) and sorted it and advised me accordingly. Samples were thoughtfully packed and presented with complimentary brush and tea- bag to sit and assess my choices. Flawless service and quality paint.

I have nothing but the highest praise for every aspect of the service I received from Boiler & Install. Danny gave careful and considered assessment to procure the best package in boiler replacement fof me ensuring that every aspect fitted my needs and my budget.
Jack the engineer carried out faultless installation. His work was of the highest quality and skill, as well as working cleanly and respecting my home. His customer service skills were exemplary.
I should also acknowledge the company owner Chris Harrison who personally delivered a missing part that the supplier had, through an oversite, omitted to send.
In the current climate of insecurity and where we are having to trust remotely often when making large expenditures, it is gratifying to feel complete trust in a company to the extent that I would happily recommend to my family and friends.
