While this service is normally exemplary, the last two deliveries have been late so I can only give four stars. On time = 5, so must try harder.

Hermes always deliver when they say they will which is very reassuring

Very good service. Put prescription in, got response asking to to confirm the order, got my meds two days later. Very pleased

Quick and reliable delivery off repeat meds requested from my gp. Best of all, on the occasion that I needed a one off Prescription in a hurry, Echo sent the request straight to the chemist so I could pick it up that day.

Very good service apart from my parcel being sent to the wrong address so that it arrived late to me. Hopefully this won’t happen again!
