Their MO is delay
Their MO is delay, put off, and never keep the customer updated. I wait weeks, call, get on a queue, call gets dropped. A tech finally came out after over 2 months, another 2 weeks and no contact. I'll never buy a protection plan from them again. Such poor communication from them, so long for them to make a decision. Going on 3 months since I reported the problem, still not resolved, yet if you don't give them all the info they ask for within 30 days of the incident they'll close your service request. I asked for a call back, they used their number to call me.
