Their MO is delay

Their MO is delay, put off, and never keep the customer updated. I wait weeks, call, get on a queue, call gets dropped. A tech finally came out after over 2 months, another 2 weeks and no contact. I'll never buy a protection plan from them again. Such poor communication from them, so long for them to make a decision. Going on 3 months since I reported the problem, still not resolved, yet if you don't give them all the info they ask for within 30 days of the incident they'll close your service request. I asked for a call back, they used their number to call me.

It was so easy to get this arranged, too bad the check hasn't cleared

It was so easy to get this arranged. My complaint is with the local operator. I was given a pick up window of 8am to 12pm by Peddle. I didn't get a call until after 1pm, and they didn't arrive until 3pm. Not even a call to let me know they are running late. Peddle was easy, the pickup was a 7 hour wait. Considering the tow operator is about 20 minutes from me, 2 hours after the call? Again, Peddle made it so easy and they offered me more than others I called. Thanks Peddle! Next day after I post this review, I get a notice from my bank that the check to pay for the car is on hold because it may not clear. Peddle offered to cover any fees, fortunately, my bank didn't charge me any fees and the check cleared. I raised the stars in this review from 1 to 4 due to Peddle's willingness to make things right. The local service provider needs to be more forthright in communication and have sufficient funds when the check is cut.
