Zero responsibility
I bought a dress from Soolinen that was described as %100 cotton and the pictures showed it had embordered hem edges. I chose size small. The dress arrived 3 months later! It was %100 polyester and didn't have the embroideries the picture showed and the size was XL! I contacted the company. They said if I wanted to return the dress I had to pay the international return shipping which would be 3 times the price of the dress! They basically didn't accept responsibility and didn't compensate any thing.
