On 20 March you kindly processed a full refund which unfortunately I am yet to receive it. I emailed you on 30 March which is still not answered. Qatar airways are pretty quick at refunding. So I don't know what the hold up is. i could do with the money, given I am now jobless cos of COVID-19.

Review of Dream World Travel
I finally spoke after several attempts and several times when I was cutt off to a M/s Lubna who was extremely helpful in confirming a full refund as a result of the airline cancelling the flight. Unfortunately the confirmation email she promised never arrived. I then received an email on 23 March following my email to them from a Austen who emailed me stating that following my request to cancel (please note not the airline) they have now processed my request. They are now awaiting a refund/credit from the airline. No mention of our conversation on 18 March. While I appreciate the issues surrounding Covid -19, other travel agents seem to be alot more endearing and helpful and do stick with what they promise. My return flight back which was 3 weeks later which I booked through a different travel company, I have already got a full refund. This clearly shows the problem is not with the airline but with Dreamworld travel. Oh by the way they also state an admin. charge per passenger will be applied. The other company did not charge anything. Just to reiterate the airline cancelled the reservation not me......
