Buyer beware

This company has great staff in the stores but buyer beware! Behind the scenes is an absolute mess, to change a sales order or get a replacement i had to call, email numerous times and eventually threaten to cancel the order completely. I would suggest its (sales orders) all offshored, and if not in stock in future i will not purchase.

Return pricing on some wetsuits was…

Return pricing on some wetsuits was expensive compared to other sites which will put me off buying larger more expensive items from this site, service was great but returns policy needs to be looked at for sure!

We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our returns policy unfortunately for international returns the cost of returning items lies with the customer so it is out of our control which courier service you would choose to use, however we would always recommend using a tracked service.

Shameful company preying on covid-19 affected customers - best avoided!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PREYING ON THE VULNERABLE IN THIS CRISIS.
We were due to fly out to Italy at the start of June for a 2 week break. We have payed the deposit but we are now being told by the Irish Government not to travel to this country where avoidable - FACT!
This company wants us to pay the rest of the holiday up front and says in all eventualities this will be covered by the Dutch government - NOT TRUE!
I've just got off the phone to the dutch regulators office and they have advised me we booked through Ireland so Irish law kicks in NOT Dutch - FACT!
I've also been advised by my Insurance will not cover this holiday as the Irish Government have advised us not to travel to this country under any circumstances - FACT!
Now LuxCamp will not refund our deposit - SHAMEFUL!
This is disgraceful behavior at a time when people are totally vulnerable. I dont know if i will have a job in the coming weeks nor do i know will i be able to have a holiday locally let alone an expensive one in Italy next year. I intend to get this into the national media in Ireland as i work for a national broadcaster.
LuxCamp if i do not see a satisfactory outcome i will do my best to ensure this reaches all social media platforms in the coming days.
Shame on you greedy fat cats preying on us at this most difficult time.
