Just had 1-1 consultation with Tom, it’s clear he’s extremely knowledgeable and indeed passionate about off grid solutions especially around camper vans, really great chat that has set us on our way with our self build. Will be engaging other services from Tom as we progress. Awesome service , highly recommended.

Superb service , used quite a few times , even if there is an issue it’s resolved quickly.

If I could give a zero I would, which is sad as years ago this was a trusted business I used many times.

Issue is I left in Soundbar that wasnt powering on 2nd August 2023, with a promised update by 2nd September 2023 (as per receipt) , Paid £40 non refundable deposit to be taken off the repair if possible

To date I have never been phoned or left a voice message about this repair. I have phoned up on 9 separate occassions for update to be told various updates like family issue had stopped the repairs for a while, havent had a chance to look at it yet, its on the bench we will update you soon etc... etc... until I phoned today and was told it was not repairable , no parts available, and they had tried to phone me at end of 2023 with an update but got no answer, when I challenged I had not received a voicemail or missed call they then said they must have the wrong number. I then challenged why wasnt I told that on the many occassions I had phoned for update, including from the start of 2024.... they didnt have an answer to that.

So waited 7 months for a repair or an update, phoned 9 times over that time and until today was strung along with various excuses, and now on this last call have been told it is unrepairable.

I said I realised the deposit was non refundable but because of the actual lack of service or anything close to a response is there anything could be done with that, was told no.

So as I say, sadly will have to leave this review and urge others to not use this shop for repairs as Zero Comms, zero repair and a £40 bill for that.

Super service from punch technology, global parts supply is an issue these days and one part was unavailable but Sion from punch contacted and offered alternatives including a bespoke option which we ended up choosing.

Pc arrived and works superbly.

Already recommended a friend to purchase one from punch (order placed ) and would happily recommend anyone else to also order.
