Bad customer service, really dissapointed.

Our mattress arrived on time & we had paid £45 to have our old mattress uplifted, if you read the blog it states that it will be uplifted the same day. Our mattress was delivered on Friday 10th of Feb & we are now at Feb 14th & our old mattress has not been uplifted. This is in our hallway blocking doors etc. when we contacted Emma on their chat, we were told it would be uplifted within 5 days & we have no further communication from anyone at Emma, can you return our £45 immediately & we will despose of this ourselves. Really poor customer service, I wouldn’t deal with this company again. Fiona McMullan order number 602793313.

In the past month

In the past month, 6 parcels have not arrived, Hermes answer to my queries all resulted in the same answer we don't k ow where they are contact the supplier. At that point Hermes were having staffing issues. I spent a lot of time trying to get my parcels with zero effort from Hermes they don't even deserve the 1star given above
