Absolutely shocking service!
I will NEVER use this courier service again!
I was forced to use DHL to return an item to a company but despite having proof of that I had dropped off my return at a service point they failed to collect the return and refused to give me any information as to why it hadn’t been uplifted. I had to go to the seller of my item to escalate the complaint with DHL and eventually got a refund for my item, I don’t know if the seller ever got their item back, DHL tracking still shows that the parcel hasn’t moved from the drop off point 😡

Item was only posted a few days ago and still made it to me before Christmas!

Great products, well made and look fantastic. Good customer service, we had to try a few sizes to get it right for my husband and we were refunded quickly each time. One star off as buyer pays returns which was costly as we had 3/4 attempts before settling on a size. All in all I would recommend this company, we will definitely use them again.

I would give zero stars if I could! Absolutely shocking customer service, using a pandemic as an excuse not to refund customers money when you clearly can’t deliver the service! I will Fahd this as far as it can go and I will never use your company again. You are doing your company irreparable damage by behaving in this manner...do the right thind and refund!!! I do not want your groupon bucks as I will never use you again. Stop cheating people out of their money!!!

Do not trust this company!
They are taking advantage of the covid-19 situation by not offering refunds to people who paid in advance in good faith.
We were due to travel yesterday and despite trying to contact Hoseasons on numerous occasions and by various methods we have had no response other than a generic email advising us to be patient and they will arrange a change of date for our holiday....we are key workers and don’t have the luxury of being able to change dates easily.
GIVE US THE REFUND WE ARE ENTITLED TO!!! 😡
