Great experience. One suggestion though. It would be nice if you would email a pdf copy of the surety bond to the customer once it has been finalized. That way, the customer wouldn't have to wait for the surety bond to arrive in the mail.

That's a good suggestion. In fact, we usually do send a copy by email, but NM requires a raised seal on the official bond, so we don't in this case to avoid confusion: we don't want someone to print and try to submit the emailed copy then get rejected. I'll email you a PDF copy for your records though.
