Not fit for purpose

Not fit for purpose. Super sloooow.
To pay for staff nhs staff parking. Takes ages to find the page to park. Then it takes ages to fill out the payment page. Then it freezes and you have to start again!

I think you are the absolute worst company that I have ever come across. How you treat your customers is totally appalling. I will advise anyone that’s with you or thinking about joining O2 or Virgin how terrible you are!

2.5 hours to get through passport…

2.5 hours to get through passport control. Not what you want after a 10hour flight. 2 people operating the desks. Very aggressive unfriendly and intimidating staff. Would not return to Cancun. I saw people being searched and charged a ridiculous amount of money for just one packet of cigarettes and one woman got charged for caring an empty packet of cigarettes. There a definitely more welcoming Caribbean countries to visit.

Experts at gaslighting …

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The new iphone 15 sold me has never worked since receiving it in July. Replaced by O2 and it still doesn’t work. Nor does the eSIM. My Complains have not been responded to. Over 15 e-mails and not one curtesy message to say we’re dealing with your complaint. To date I still can’t use my phone!!!!

Oh what had happened to O2…….

Oh what has happened to O2…….
What an absolutely appalling service. I upgraded to a new phone which they sold me and it is faulty. They have used delay tactics to delay return of the phone to them. Now of course it’s out of the so called “14 day” return. It has taken me 3 store visits 5 hours of phone calls. Which I might add they disconnect frequently and 1 whole month To finally get them to look at the phone.
I’m just waiting for the dead lock letter to escalate this terrible service to the ombudsman.

No HELP

The app does not allow you to add or amend your car registration and there is no help available to rectify this. There is no e-mail address for help. You can raise an issue ticket but this may take a full 21 days to be acknowledged. Their live chat won’t help or make amendment. They issue a phone number 0800 804 7363 that no-one answers. You can leave a message but no-one gets back to you. All request of HELP lead to the web site so you go full circle ……they are super quick to take your money and offer no customer service.

The worst ever

I used shell broadband. It was by far the worst broadband provider ever! The internet did not work most days. I had their super fast broadband and it dropped out constantly. Watching a movie was awful with the constant buffering. Customer support was super slow. Now their going to charge me for the useless router which I have sent back.

Don’t bother!

I ordered from Tom Hixaon of Smithfield on line. Sept 23 my entire ordered arrived defrosted. So unless your ordering to be used on the day of delivery, there’s no point you might as well pop to your local butcher, right?
I have used other on line butchers without any problems and I can fill my freezer because their order comes as promised Frozen!

Have used jet2 a few times now. It’s easy to book on the app. Good communication. I feel it’s good value for money. Their aircrafts have a good amount of seating space.
