We wanted a couple of radiators removing, a new toilet installing and the wash basin replacing. We contacted Highfield and they replied very quickly with an on site inspection with the quote following very quickly. This accepted and a date for the job was given.

Vance arrived on the stated day and time and commenced the job. He was very professional and polite at all times. The job was in two parts, radiators first and the toilet and wash basin once our supplier have delivered. When Vance finished the radiators he asked us to inspect the job which was brilliant. Now just waiting for toilet to be delivered and will have Highfield back to complete the whole job.

All the way through the process their communications with us was excellent, far better than any other company we have delt with.

There was a little mix up with the delivery receiving an email saying my order would be delivered on that day but in fact came two days later. Saying this, when the order was delivered we were very pleased and would use this company again.
