I want to share my sad story with Next Direct,
I bought a couple of clothes for my Baby, After waiting 10 days, I asked them on Chat about my shipment, and they told me it will arrive in 3 days, After 14 days of waiting they told me the same lie, Then for about 7 days I was sending email, chatting with them.
After that shipping company asked me to pay the taxes, and I paid them 3 hours after receiving the email, Then I was surprised that I received an email from Next Direct that my shipment has been returned to them.
After that, they send an email to tell me that they can't resend the shipment again!!!
Now let me tell you some things:
1- Customer Care people lie to me too many times that the shipment will arrive in 3 days, those people keep sending emails like Robots, and they don't really give real support or customer care.
2- Customer care for more than 2 weeks keep telling me that they are contacting the shipping company, While I think they can call them in one minute.
My conclusion is, They are irresponsible customer care and I will never never ever try to buy something from them.
- I don't recommend them at all.
- Many alternatives exist
- Don't be a stupid
- Look for there reviews, About 2/5
