Package was delivered however the envelope was empty nothing inside envelope was sealed hmmm. Contacted Amazon go figure hard to understand representative. Bottom line after 20 min on the phone was told to call back next day to possibly resol e ussue. Amazon was once a decent company. But like usual once you get big you lose your buisness ethics to take care of you prime members. Time to got back to shopping in store. Canceling my membership. Hopefully most people will get smart and do the same.

Be advised this is a prime example of Big Companies that are thieves I purchased my property with an existing AmeriGas tank on the property called to have them remove their property which is a 250 gallon tank was told that I would have to pay $299.99 tank pickup fee + service fee of $199.99. Which is a total of $419.00. Unbelievable it's their property and they're charging me to pick up their property. My advice is use a local mom and pop propane company and stay clear of these large businesses. Also supervisor from India that's right not America told me these fees where added to their website in 2022. Hmmm. Americans Outsourcing to another country just to turn around and screw other Americans. Bad buisness. Time to lawyer up it's not about the money at this point it's more about the principal of business. BE ADVISED WOULDNT USE THIS COMPANY 100% disgusting.

FedEx investors need to clean house. Starting from the top. There company is garbage. Lazy, incompetent, and above all No professionalism/pride. Will not purchase or use any vendors that use this company. Hopefully vendors will wake up if they want to continue sell there products.

First and foremost Grunt style is a pretty good Company, that being said. Once you be become to large to accommodate the orders, shipping, and customer service. Theres a problem, The owners being from a military background should be ready to REGROUP, and possibly rewrite there buisness plan. My experience has been pretty good until all this Covid BS became a instrument of excuse. Shipping has to be the worst. Instock items I ordered are still in rout over 3 weeks. Not sure if it's a internal issue or a shipping issue. This will be my last order with this company, no disrespect to this Veteran owned company. Its strictly buisness.

Ordered placed 4 June showed arrived in Bloomington Ca on 10 June sat there four 3 days, called the morons about the order, and guess what the dips**s sent it to GA, yep GA. Bloomington FedEx, check out the reviews on Bloomington FedEx Scumbag thiefs, what a Joke. In the last few days package shows OK, and TN... W.T.F. Like I said these pathetic morons. The only way these MF's would change there ways is if there stock dropped, and the investors felt the pinch. BOTTOM LINE If the company your buying from ships FedEx only cancel your order and find someone else. F*** FedEx!!!!!

Reading most of these reviews. One would think Amazon would make certain changes Obviously they dont care what the consumer's have to say, unless it bites into there $$$$. Anyway I've used Amazon for some years, there shipping was pretty straight forward at one time you could place your order and UPS was delivering the packages. Made my life much easier Being a disabled Vet and always depending on assistance Now for some reason Amazon ships UPS, however there packages are turned over to the USPS for final delivery and they dont deliver to my physical address which sucks for me oh well, it wouldnt be so bad however the USPS has gradually become one of the most ignorant, corrupt, none organized, unprofessional, organizations since it became private and it becoming much worse as the years pass. Seems like the US has lost it's way in many ways. Good luck in your future purchases. 👍

This is more like some common sense info. Amazon needs some serious business revamping. Shipping is inconsistent. Customer service ignorant. Its unfortunate when companies become so large they forget buisness ethics. As much money this company grosses. Maybe you should hire some intelligent individuals in marketing, shipping, and customer service. Pothetic!!!.

I paid for expedited shipping. My package made it within 3 days to the distribution center. Now the goddamn package is sitting a truck for the last 3 days I live 1hr from distribution location. W_T_F. UPS IS JUST AS 💩AS FED EX. 🖕UPS
