Excellent goods and super helpful and friendly staff. We had some tricky issues with our logo which weren't easy to resolve but which were dealt with efficiently and quickly. We also had a fiddly order which again was dealt with so quickly and helpfully. We were very pleased with the finished product and very impressed by the way our order was dealt with.

James Fenton, at the Musselburgh branch of Magnet, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable. He was super helpful during the ordering process and then went out of his way to assist when unexpected related issues arose from contractors. I can't recommend him highly enough for his expertise and kind attention. He is a credit to Magnet!

Great company - super organised - very personal contact from everyone I've dealt with (big shout out to Fatima who has just helped me resolve an issue very efficiently and smoothly). When I moved over to Octopus everything was dealt with easily and the customer service is great. It's also a fun and funky website which explains everything in plain English and in a really nice format. I'm happy with the billing and also the pricing and have been recommending to all my friends. Originally based on feedback from Martin Lewis's website as well if anyone wants a more well known recommendation!
