Great company - super organised - very personal contact from everyone I've dealt with (big shout out to Fatima who has just helped me resolve an issue very efficiently and smoothly). When I moved over to Octopus everything was dealt with easily and the customer service is great. It's also a fun and funky website which explains everything in plain English and in a really nice format. I'm happy with the billing and also the pricing and have been recommending to all my friends. Originally based on feedback from Martin Lewis's website as well if anyone wants a more well known recommendation!
