3453095 Above order placed 19th March nothing received and no reply to emails. Appreciate difficult times and things taking longer but need to know if order on way as running low on food now. Only these posts seem to be getting a reply. Update 31/03/20. Full order now received. Thank you

Rest assured that if you have received an order confirmation email from us, then we are working hard to get your goods despatched to you. We have closed our call centre to allow our staff to work from home, from where they will continue to respond to customer emails. As we have closed our telephone lines and the only communication is via email, we are dealing with a much greater volume of emails therefore it is taking longer to answer our customers. As you will appreciate this platform is not really for customer care queries such as yours and having to deviate and answer from this platform is taking the resource from answering the emails therefore it is our preference that our customers email us direct, info@petplanet.co.uk. Although working from home all staff are working their normal hours and working hard to get through the emails. These decisions have been taken in the light of latest government guidance aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus and saving lives.
