Etsy seller is a big cheater they steal sellers earnings from handmade products and do not give the selling fee to the Etsy seller. All complaints you raise with them are useless their customer service pathetic and good for nothing.

I would not recommend these plumbers as…

I would not recommend these plumbers as they aren't an honest service. I booked them in for a tap replacement at 5pm the plumber showed up at 3pm at an inconvenient time not as per slot booking and then demanded double the fee to fix. A standard plumbing charge is 80 to 90 pounds only master plumbers charge over £160 depending on the job. The company is a dishonest company please do not book service with them.

Please dont waste your time doing their courses. Their eventually create nuisance to give a certificate. Refer to other students who have given similar reviews on them.

Free course England provides the most Pathetic service, I have recently applied to do a short course to understand autisum this was done to support childeren with autisum the tutors were a complete bully. The website clearly says the course is in line with assesment based criteria however the tutors are absolutely bullying as because the course is funded if your earning below the minimum UK wage they will try every effort to withhold you from earning the certificate so as they can prove you cant complete the course and try and make money. I completed the full course in line with assessment based criteria however the course tutors began bullshitting that the course is equivalent to GCSE grade. when GCSE is an exam based study. The tutor has been a complete bully and they deleted all answered questions and returned the course back as a resubmission several times. If you want to have a good learning experience please do not apply or even pay for their course. Other student reviews have also mentioned they are hesitant to give a certificate after completing the course their potentially just attempting to make money on other learners and their course isn't worth giving your valuable time. Their tutors know absolutely nothing and only have one standard response on assessing the course refer to course work they themselves cannot elaborate what they are looking for out of the course that is meant to be answered in line with assessment based criteria. The course tutor doesn't even know the difference between exam based and assessment based criteria. If such courses were equivalent to GCSE grade every student would miss school and do their 1 week assessment based courses saying its equivalent to GCSE grade.

Beware of scam Education agency

I have had a negative experience using SI UK. The student support personnel Apurva has cheated me on my application by putting me into a student loan debt and not making a genuine application with the university of Westminster. The university had no learning record on me but cashed all the money from student loan team. Apurva has not even made an application through UCAS. I have used SI UK as I wasn't clear on university applications but the this individual Apurva has taken advantage of his place to put me into a student loan debt, on top cashed a £600 fee for himself and not even genuinely registered me as a student with UCAS or at the university of Westminster. If your an immigrant please be very careful while using this service as I have been taken advantage of and so could you just to put you in a student loan debt. Do not use SI UK they work with university to double interest you on your student loan and do not lawfully register you as a student, in short its only a double interesting scam.

Online legal India the Big Liar Company

Online legal India is such a big cheating company. I applied for this service as a corrupt police officer from vasco stole money from my HDFC bank account. Online legal India have taken money for a servcie however have refused to provide any service. Thier lawyer ADV Sidhant Krishna is such a cheater he was on this case has taken not interest in the case however and used Internet connections as an excuse to find it difficult in getting in touch with the customer. This company is a complete scam I had posted a review on this matter their deleting negative reviews on their company however probably making fake accounts to publish positive reviews and fool the public. Thier ADV Sidhant Krishna as soon as he received the case details began demanding me to sign power of attorney or he wouldn't do anything on the case. The company lawyers I anticipate from my experience basically want to get power of attorney signed so you loose hold on your case and they can take a maximum cut profit on the case. On my last review they said please get in touch with our team with your Oli no however after I attached the review and the Complaint to their complaints team they got back to me saying they wont refund the money as its their terms and conditions to not refund customers money. so basically they provide false assurance on their service then if you dont sign their power of attorney document they withold your money and thats how they make a living for them selves I emailed their CEO Rajesh Kewat however the management is non responsive on their poor solicitor and customer servcie.

In response to your below response dated 09/09/2024. I have already raised a complaint and in boxed you my OLI no. however you have not processed the refund in line with your own refund policy. So don't put on a plastic face to display you want to provide the best customer service. All you care of to get Power of attorney signed.

Recent response received from online legal India dated 10/09/24 after they take your money. They clearly mention after they earn the money they don't refund that's their business policy. Lucky Trust Piolet has no attachments or I would attach all their emails for the public to read. If you call their customer service after they earn the money their customer service is not AUDIBLE thats what they keep saying.

Unprofessional service

I recently paid for online legal India service and have been experiencing a terrible service. I paid for advice and drafting on a notice but the entire organization from customer servcie to their legal representative are scammers. I have attached an email from their legal representative Mr Nanda who has been struggling to make calls to give legal advice they have to say their internet connection is weak. I have escalated matters to their founder Rajesh Kewat on Email however so far there is no action taken or any response provided. The issue is with a potential corrupt police officer whose withdrawn money from my account and now legal India is probably scared to write a legal notice hence their solicitors are excusing on internet connection issues. The Solicitor is asking for power of attorney to draft a notice and their struggling using WhatsApp as their internet connection is very weak, probably the reason they choose to ask customer power of attorney instead.

Poor complaints handling by Indeed Jobs

I have recently been an active job seeker and have been using Indeed jobs to search jobs. This company has alot of scammers who post fake job adverts and these scammers take use Indee jobs to gain access to youe personal data. I have raised a complaint with indeed team however they have taken no action, not even to get the fraud company I sent them links on investigated by their IT team. I have also escalated my complaint to their senior CEO Chris Hyams whose not bothered to look into his staff and the kind of work or service they deliver.

Response to Indeed Jobs: In line with your response I would like to update you that a complaint was made to your customer support team. however the team refused to take any action despite all links to fraud job listers were provided and email evidence enclosed.

This is a real Pathetic bingo gaming…

This is a real Pathetic bingo gaming website. They have the most cheap and arrogant customer service. I had an experience where I called customer support to change my gaming name they created a huge fuss informing me that you cannot change your gameing name in line with Gambling law , they even changed my email address without my consent over 3 times and locked me out on my account. The lady i spoke to was an individual with no people skills and an individual who is easily nodding her head to thirdparty advice. I relly think Tombola is a supper cheap bingo and hope they fail everywhere in their rating for the kind of cheap service they provided.

An organization in place to waste public time and funds

I have had terrible experience with legal ombudsman. I have raised a complaint with legal Ombudsman on GMB union law firm as they refered me to their fraud dummy law firm and name it after a adult television program the simpsons solicitor. The union law firm have initially confidently told me they have evaluated my case with 2pannels of their solicitor firm when clearly their simpsons solicitor law firm was a dummy fraud firm. I pay monthly premium for this service in place however on complaining to legal ombudsman they have refused to look into the complaint indicating no prospects of success. furthermore they referred to the simpsons solicitors as a admin error and Shaked hands off with the fraudsters. This is how GP rackets get away with new manufactured criminals and baby killers. Its cause Fraudsters lies has all the prospects of success, you can see from the comments from other service users how poorly they have performed previously why do we even have an ombudsman in place?

Dear all viewers: provisions of Article XI of the Constitution, the Ombudsman may be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, culpable violation of the Constitution, treason, bribery, graft and corruption, other high crimes, or betrayal of public trust. we have alot on reviewers below who have reported similar unfair treatment and betrayal of trust we could file a petition to shut down the ombudsman please let me know.

Bad student experience

I studied my MA in fashion business management course here. I anticipate university has purposely marked me down on my dissertation research to participate in a clinical racket and discriminate thier student. They called an external faculty who wasn't part of my course faculty to check my dissertation research who pulled flaws and error in my research 15days before its final submission. I appealed my grades via stage 1appeals process where the university was meant to respond within 20 days they purposely took almost 3months to respond to waste complaint procedure time.The uni refused to even consider positive feedback from their own accademic writing support team. I have reported discrimination on the university they didn't accurately answer all my points on my complaint. The university registry team has blocked my emails and my blackboard account they have not given me a certificate of completion of my course neither a university leaving certificate. The university has provide me a negative student experience and I feel scammed and cheated on my education. I can't believe I took a loan and paid for this student experience shame on the university.

Pathetic customer service

Dear viewers kindly don't use Corgi service as the company provides the most cheap and unreliable service. I have been with Corgi insurance for a year they have filled their pockets with a year of premium and when I called them to service my boiler their engineers have been delaying and cancelling appointments. The engineer book tentative appointment and attend other jobs stranding customers. They have a system for their customers where a link is provided to book your boiler service however the corgi insurance team don't give Customers this link instead their engineers book tentative appointment and don't turn up. The engineer has done this to me on 4 occasions. Their customer support is even more pathetic I have called them to report the inconvenience the customer support only provide ridiculous false assurance. They literally terrorise an individual psychologically with their false assurance and repetitive mistakes.

Arclegal group is the most dreadful service

Arclegal group is the most dreadful company I don't understand why AXA even had kept them to administer their legal team. They completely ignore basic facts and swear on policy definition to reject cases spoiling the AXA brand name. I raised a case for data protection as my GP breached my records to their solicitors recently they called it a duplicate case without even analysing the claim details properly. Their case workers are a bulling team they don't let you speak to their management but override claim by imposing as management themselves. You can see from Google reviews left by other service users what a dreadful cheap service the company offers I don't understand why a reputed form like AXA would hire such a company as their legal administer. Were investing our money into an insurance to protect us in the future not to be bullied on policy wordings and definition. Not even worth 1star deserve negative 5star.

Review of Financial Ombudsman Service

Terrible bullying service from financial ombudsman

I have received terrible service from financial ombudsman. I raised a complaint with financial ombudsman on my insurance provider where their legal team arclegal ltd have been rejecting my claims based on definition in the policy. The ombudsman team has made me wait for 3months to allocate a case worker and the case worker. The financial ombudsman team have got my complainant details wrong on purpose even though I have referred them to my policy details. I have emailed them that am complaining about arclegal who administer the policy for AXA however the ombudsman team have denied this indicating the insurance provider in amtrust Europe. When clearly the policy wording say amtrust only underwrite the policy for AXA. This is the state of the financial ombudsman team they work in favour of third party and not the complainant. I have attached their correspondence email to me for the world to see how ombudsman case handlers handle case. And a screenshot of the policy wording even if you Google amtrust you know they offer underwriting support. But this is how ombudsman team bully customers with policy wording. I posted a Google review exposing this practice with the original email however the team have hidden my review have attached a below transcript of email.

I note you're unhappy that we have recorded the matter against AmTrust Europe Limited when the information you filled in on our complaint form clearly said your complaint is about Arc Legal Limited.

To explain, when we set up cases, we have to log them against the relevant and accountable party and while you have been communicating with Arc Legal Limited, they ultimately act as representatives for the insurers of your policy being AmTrust Europe Limited. And therefore they are responsible overall for the service you have received and the decision to decline your claim. The regulator, The Financial Conduct Authority "FCA" also requires us to set any cases up about an insurance policy against the insurer. So, this case will remain against AmTrust Europe Limited but we will still look at what Arc Legal did on their behalf.

I've had an initial review of your complaint and I understand the main issue to be that you're unhappy that a claim you wish to make in respect of a data protection issue concerning your GP has been declined. You've said that Arc Legal Limited have relied on a definition to decline your claim which you say they cannot do. And that you wasn't aware that the issue would develop into a legal issue when you took the policy out which Arc Legal Limited alleges.

But if you wish to add anything further, please let me know by 16 February 2023. I will then confirm my findings to you. Please note that your complaint will be condensed into a one-page document which will summarise my investigation and findings.
