Moved in to a flat which PowerShop were the electricity providers, and was charging the highest possible tariffs as I am a new customer. Waiting times are on average more than an hour every time I wanted to pay my bills or change my details. Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs

When you move into a property that already has a supplier, you are automatically charged on a "deemed" contract, with generic industry rates. If you sign up with Powershop, we will be able to offer you more beneficial unit rates from one of our current tariffs.
