Cannot rate the team highly enough - we needed a new boiler after our really really old one (from the 70s) needed to go after two water leaks and a fault got the better of it. This team were professional, courtesy and really kind (our child was keen to understand what they were doing!) Will definitely recommend them to everyone we know!

The Morzine retreat was amazing. The itinerary was so well organised - I can't believe how much we did! The coaching team were so supportive, kind and really made the experience unforgettable. The food and location also brilliant. There is nothing I would change. Even the other people on the retreat were so nice - I think it shows how lovely Runner Retreats are as they definitely created a great team atmosphere. I would love to go back again - I have learnt so much and feel like I'm a better runner already! If you are interested in one of their retreats I would say go for it!

I ordered a kitchen for my son's first birthday. I saw the lead times which were clearly displayed on the website to say it would arrive a week after his birthday. I emailed them on the off chance they could do anything about this and they politely explained how busy they were and that they would see but couldn't make any promises. I was delighted when a couple of days before his birthday I got a message to say it would arrive the day before. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Yes these are expensive but our family all chipped in and I have to say the quality and detail is exceptional. It is better than my own kitchen. It sounds silly but even the quality of the hinges on the door show how much thought has been put into it. They clearly realises children will be putting their weight into it and have used really good hinges. My son absolutely loves it. We got 3 hours of chill time in the garden where he played with it non stop. Usually he's flying around all over the place. I love it so much and am now already planning on saving for the easel. Lovely company and a really great product.
