Just plain awful
My experience was pretty bad to be fair, another person with my name (and it's a fairly unusual name, not a John Smith, etc) ordered from you and I was getting all of his order emails, clearly this panicked me.
I emailed, spoke to customer services, got nowhere. I ended up calling the actual customer which you could have done, but you didn't, and I figured out for myself that you'd just got my email address and not that of your actual customer.
Now it was great to speak to someone who has the same name as me, I've never met someone with my name before, but customer services should have sorted this, not me and my namesake.
After informing customer services of this error, I still got the delivery email for the hamper. And now you ask me for my opinion on my experience, an experience I might add I didn't even ask for.
All in all the experience was dreadful, your error has caused me hours of detective work that you could have done, and quite a lot of stress. Calling my bank, calling YOUR customer and receiving no help, yet still receiving an email for me to rate my experience after saying numerous times that you have the wrong email is a bit of a p1ss take to be fair.
I can't comment on the quality of the hampers as I DIDN'T ORDER ONE! However, they look lovely and I'm sure they are, but your admin and customer service really sucks, I wasn't listened to, I ended up doing their job and you still haven't taken my email off your list!
