Amazing, totally recommended

The whole experience has so far been amazing from start to end. Team members cannot do enough for you and for me personally, they made what I thought to be a very confusing process just so easy. I would recommend them to anyone setting up a new business, brilliant support all the way through.

Review of Villa Plus

I really wanted to rate 5 stars, but...

I really wanted to rate 5 stars, the villa was great, nice pool, clean, fully equipped kitchen and all. Here comes the 'but'... We had soooo much trouble with the air conditioning, basically it didn't work, not something I'd expect when you've spent just shy of £2,000.00 for a week's stay.
The local reps Tina and Francesca were some of the most helpful people I've ever come across, they tried every day to get the issue resolved, the epitome of great customer service.
What really lets Villa Plus down is the building management system for air con, it doesn't work.
During the day it was 35/36 degrees, at night 30, so sleeping was virtually impossible. We couldn't have the windows open because of the mosquitos (there were no nets on the windows to stop them coming in), so we literally baked at night. Every time we reported this via the office to the maintenance team we were just met with "well it looks okay on our system" which is of course the least helpful thing to hear, essentially the maintenance team did nothing and refused to come out to see the units despite your lovely office staff calling every day numerous times. I'll say it again, the maintenance team are really letting you down and they kinda ruined the holiday to be honest. I would dread having to go to bed as it was just so uncomfortable with the heat and worrying about the battle with the maintenance team coming the next day, as I say not what you would expect from a £2,000.00 villa.
You really do need to look at this BMS issue as it turned what would have been a 5 star review into a 2 star review, air-con when advertised in the villa should work, so when it doesn't and you've paid for it, well it's really quite annoying. You can't advertise something that isn't there.

We are always sorry to hear where there are negatives during a customer’s stay, our Resort Team are usually quick in rectifying any concerns raised so it is disappointing to hear that the air conditioning issue was not resolved during your time at the villa.

5 star customer service and a great…

5 star customer service and a great product. I can’t recommend them enough. The cute texts message from ‘Sharon’ (my plant) with care instructions were a lovely touch and the delivery is second to none. I’ll definitely be back.

Great product, the card readers are so easy to set up and use, the website to manage your account is the same. Also brilliant customer service, I had a couple of simple questions (not so simple to me through!) and they were answered promptly. If you’re looking for this sort of payment method go for SumUp!

Just plain awful

My experience was pretty bad to be fair, another person with my name (and it's a fairly unusual name, not a John Smith, etc) ordered from you and I was getting all of his order emails, clearly this panicked me.
I emailed, spoke to customer services, got nowhere. I ended up calling the actual customer which you could have done, but you didn't, and I figured out for myself that you'd just got my email address and not that of your actual customer.
Now it was great to speak to someone who has the same name as me, I've never met someone with my name before, but customer services should have sorted this, not me and my namesake.
After informing customer services of this error, I still got the delivery email for the hamper. And now you ask me for my opinion on my experience, an experience I might add I didn't even ask for.
All in all the experience was dreadful, your error has caused me hours of detective work that you could have done, and quite a lot of stress. Calling my bank, calling YOUR customer and receiving no help, yet still receiving an email for me to rate my experience after saying numerous times that you have the wrong email is a bit of a p1ss take to be fair.
I can't comment on the quality of the hampers as I DIDN'T ORDER ONE! However, they look lovely and I'm sure they are, but your admin and customer service really sucks, I wasn't listened to, I ended up doing their job and you still haven't taken my email off your list!
