Pandemic failure
I have been a customer for several years and I pay a monthly price to shop with Ocado. Whilst I appreciate that things in the world have gone to pieces, it would appear that Ocado has followed suit.
I do not understand why, if they are not adding any new customers, they are having such issues with their internet and why it is proving so hard to order anything.
I am having to self isolate as I suffer from asthma and I am trying just to do my normal weekly shops, but yet cannot get a slot for love nor money and there is a two hour wait just to get to see the website.
Amazon do not seem to have any issues nor do the other grocery companies (in that you can at least go on their websites).
Ocado has been saying they are sorting this out, but two weeks later, it is still a nightmare.
Please let us know why you are having such a difficult time if you are only catering for your usual customers? Not happy at all.
