Day 14 of no access to my own money…

Day 14 of no access to my own money after new card was sent out, but they also changed my pin despite me confirming that it had not been compromised, the new pin still has not arrived. Phoned yet again and a new one sent out... another 7 working days. Absolute joke, customer service unhelpful, give contradicting explanations and one guy would not allow me to speak, kept talking over me. Think it is time to move banks.

Unhelpful and complete lack of customer service. There are much better places to spend your hard earned money. If you have an issue with an order they will not help you, will ignore emails and talk down to you on the phone. AVOID.

First time of having to call the AA, Robert was helpful and professional on the phone and the engineer (Paul) arrived really quickly. He did a temporary repair and I was able to get home and arrange a garage repair. Really pleased with the service.

Ordered my item, money taken, notified by email I would receive an update when it was dispatched, next thing I am being asked to review my product. Emailed to say I had not received item, got an automated email issuing a refund, no explanation, apology, no item, I ordered it for a reason I actually wanted the item, complete waste of time and shows how little customers are valued

CRIMINAL

My order was placed, confirmation received and money taken from my account. A week later I received an email saying item was out of stock and a refund had been processed. That amount was less then I had paid, there currently seems to be no way to contact Debenhams, it is absolutely criminal! AVOID! To add insult to injury they also bombard you with emails about other products despite opting out of mailings.

Shameful way to treat paying customers

Shameful way to treat paying customers, who has time to sit in a queue to get an issue sorted, when the service you receive is below par. My issue is still not resolved. BT need a competitor.

Complete waste of time

I ordered a signed ELO disc in a frame, order complete money taken, then got an email the seller has cancelled my order and a refund issued. No explanation. After taking and sitting on my money for a week, complete waste of my time.
Seller RecordCityCreations, be warned. To add insult to this the item is still showing in stock and available to buy.

Scam Scam scam don't waste your time or money you will only end up disappointed. This process of selling tickets at a price then reselling those already sold tickets at a higher price and just refunding you is criminal should not be allowed.

Ordered a kids trampoline when it…

Ordered a kids trampoline when it arrived there were numerous parts missing making the item obviously unusable. After many messages back and forth they refunded my payment but refused to allow a return seemingly expecting me to dispose of their very bulky rubbish. Will never use Onbuy again you simply do not get the same protection as with ebay or Amazon. When you try to open a case it tells you to claim via Paypal, useless when that is not the issue.

Item does not make any difference to …

Item does not make any difference to the leather it is so misleading as they show a before and after picture, to say I am disappointed is an understatement. They also offer no way of returning the item and ignore your emails. They call themselves goodsbeast uk but they are in China. This sort of deception should be illegal.

Have shopped with studio for many years and never had any problems. I have been happy with all of my purchases. Returned a dress that didn't suit me and was quickly issued a refund no problem. You can pay off the balance when you get a statement so you don't incur any costs.

Having spent a lot of money with…

Having spent a lot of money with pondkeeper over the last 8 years I am very disappointed by the recent customer service. I feel far from being a valued customer and will definitely look elsewhere in future. I ordered on line which is not how I am used to ordering and missed an item off, I contacted them immediately to ask to add and was told this was not possible as it had been processed, even though it was literally minutes. Eventually they agreed to refund one post and packaging fee, I am still waiting for that despite emails confirming it was processed on April 21st. It wouldn't be so bad if my order had not arrived as one unit! Feeling ripped off and disappointed.

Terrible experience if you want to…

Terrible experience if you want to return anything for any reason. You will not automatically get your refund and will have to chase it up. I am still waiting for a refund on an item returned on 9th march. Their information states you will get it as soon as they receive it back.
