I was supposed to receive a parcel on the 28th April from Calgary Just Company - You actually delivered the parcel a day early (27th April), so therefore no one was home to receive it, it was returned to your depot (?). I have tried to rearrange a new delivery date, but failed miserably!!!

Please advise how I can receive my parcel.

very helpful when I needed to replace my old phone. Received a new SIM and phone within 3 days.

Service from Boiler juice is very good. Unfortunately this cannot be said for the delivery companies.
1) one driver was very rude because he couldn't find my address - all he had to do was call me so I could guide him to address (no call was made).
2) the last delivery was short by 69 Litres - Basically ran out of fuel on his tanker - I would like to add that the delivery was a day early so obviously the tanker company was "squeezing the delivery in". had the oil been delivered on the correct day, then the right amount may have been delivered. I don't have a problem with earlier delivered, in fact it's fantastic that it can be done, but ensure there is adequate fuel on board first!
