Same problem as other reviews and extra money taken
I have had the same problems as the last few reviews! My money has been taken twice after the website crashed when trying to place my order but I have only received one confirmation email.
I have tried calling twice with no success and completed an online query form which no one has replied to.
I need the second amount of money refunded to me urgently please. As a first time customer I am disappointed.
