Why is there 2 very different Respa bed experiences
I'm lying in the middle of my €800 2 year old Respa bed because there are 2 dips either side of me. I have complained 3 times to the retailer and Respa.
Respa, you do not care to hear customers are dissatisfied with their Respa experience. All you do is request "clarify the details surrounding your case", then you send out an English company to visibly inspect the bed and who writes a report on your favour. If anyone's bed was ever replaced following a complaint, there would be a review here to let people know what great service recovery you have. Your complete energy is focused on not replacing the customers new bed. Why would I spend the time complaining unless the bed is actually really faulty? Isn't €800 enough money to have spent to have a decent bed. Actually my bed was for sale for €1000 in Dublin retailers. I bought in Athlone Furniture World.
Another point- I can't understand why there is 2 very divergent reviews here. There is the reviews that are literally identical to my bed fault and terrible experience and then there are the reviews which are 5 star and people are literally tripping over themselves saying how great the Respa bed is. Apologies to the 5 star people, I'm just jealous that my bed is only fit for a skip and was never right and yours has been so great. My first complaint was when the bed was 2 weeks old.
My €800 is gone and I hate throwing out anything and keep putting off the day to go bed shopping again. I hate complaining about an Irish company. The only satisfaction I get from this whole experience is that I told my 10th family/friend yesterday not to consider a Respa bed in their current search for a new mattress.
Respa, you might be saving yourself a few bob today but unless you change your policy to customer complaints you won't have a tomorrow.
