Poor customer service, all they do in the customer service team is giving no support or resolution to the issue with a faulty Echo show 10 purchased from them. They tell you to go back to the shop where they wont help either as there is no way to resolve the issue which is a software update as the product wont connect to the internet. Having shopped both online and in physical stores over manty years the level of customer service ( not UK based ) is non existent.

I wish I could give no stars as this is the worst customer experience for refunds. The website states 28 days after item received back into stock no sure why but it took 41 days with numerous emails chasing refund.

I would give no stars if available the worst customer service the image of the BBQ cover shows full cover they deliver half cover. Contacted Dawson’s who told me it was my responsibility and cost to return even though item mis represented on their website advert. Contacted PayPal who covered the return postage costs and finally got my money back for cover only. Like any business you have to take ownership if the issue lays firmly at your door and accept responsibility but poor management decisions led me to write this negative but true experience review

The worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Our flights were cancelled which I understand then tried to re-schedule as I couldn’t proceed online the system said I had to call. Spoke to EasyJet advisor and clearly told no charge to me then the advisor without consulting me on return flight booked one at midnight arrival which was not suitable.Then told on same phone call if I wanted to change a charge of £104 would need to be paid the only reason to change return flight was due to incompetence of advisor. I then called on 5 occasions to challenge charge and requested someone listen to call advisor tried to speak to supervisor but no joy and on each occasion promised return call but never came no surprise. The reason that the advisor automatically booked a midnight return flight is due to an empty plane yet original booking both flights were early morning. I feel that this is the worst customer experience and in my opinion you have to own up to your mistakes and not try and mug off the customer by charging additional fees for your errors

I purchased a Kettler Kalos firepit and it arrived promptly but only 1 bag of coals supplied which did not even fill the fire pit a quarter of the way. Emailed on numerous occasions to customer services who eventually agreed a system error and supplied 1 more bag when I informed them that it would require a minimum of 2 more. Now only halfway full looks sad and no replies from customer services yet all images advertised show the fire pit full to top. Poor experience with customer service dept even though happy with product and its functionality.

This is possibly the worst customer experience of purchasing a product by Currys and the manufacture Samsung. Sold Tumble dryer with excisting fault and it has been repiared mulitple times and on the last occassion told by engineer common fault with the design may re occur again. I was told by Samsung to go back to Currys under the sale of goods act sol "Not fit for purpose" they tell me I have to live with the issue and keep calling engineers for repairs and then wait for an appointment all in 6 months since purchase. This is a poor level of service ( actually no customer service ) by both companies sell you a defective product then wash there hands of it. Would never return to a Currys online or physical store.

Less than 6 months ago purchased a Samsung Tumble dryer DV90K6000CX and have multiple visits by repair engineers for manufacturing defect with Fan/Drum issue when built. I have tried to resolve with customer support but very poor service pushing me back to supplier Currys who also cant answer a telephone. Now will pursue a legal channel as product not "fit for purpose" when sold new. I have many Samsung products both appliances and audio equipment but would not recommend or purchase another.

Ordered and paid in full for item eta delivery date 16.03.20 then when I chased after delivery date told June possibly later. They advertise items but cannot supply or should state not in stock and no delivery date. Email back an forth with no concrete explanation just waffle. Only good thing is got my £1150 back with help from one lady who did help but would never use website again !!!!!
