If I could give zero stars I would. Had a text saying I could choose neighbours or a safe place. I have very dodgy neighbours and in a new home too so barely know them, do I chose no neighbours but put inside my purple bin I also ticked that I accepted full responsibility for my parcel after that point, they delivered it to the second doggies neighbours on the street anyway and just took a photo of their door closed no parcel etc so not really proof, not happy as I said where to leave it and stated no neighbours and even had a text and email saying my safe place had been received...... Will also be alerting the other company that I'm unhappy too......

My son did a first aid course with them when very small, he is SEN and the lady teaching was amazing with him and he was so proud of receiving his certificate
Hoping to redo and possibly also add some of the extra training to my first aid too
