Very good service

Very good service. James on my initial call was very t easurring and patiently went through the process over a couple of days. Rimsha was excellent in explaining what action was being taken and reassured me as to what I needed to do for the length of IVA.

I have had a great experience from…

I have had a great experience from support from my Dr Denzil to Joel, my prescriber. They answered my questions and always made me feel heard. At 54 years when diagnosed, it is a relief to have medication that actually allows me to focus on my life and not have crippling anxiety all the time. Only problem is the long delay between initial assesament/report and triation for medication.

Wow, worth every penny! 😁

Wow!
Polite, informative, helpful staff on the phone and fitting my unit in my home by RK. Set the alarm off by mistake the next day and got a prompt response within 30 secs as a text, a message from my unit and a follow up live phone call.

Follow up call from RK two days later to check all was okay and that I had managed to upload the app, which I have used remotely to switch on my alarm from work. Best thing about the system, peace of mind and better, relaxed sleep at night!
