If I could give them a zero I would. I’ve had my Norastyler for less than a month and it just quit working last week. I would like to note that I work from home so I don’t style my hair everyday and when I found it wouldn’t work was only my 3rd time using it. I contacted the Norastyler customer service team via email and they advised they needed a video of the styler failing. I sent said video and they would neither replace nor refund. I was told that their policy says that you have to report any issues within 72 hours of receipt. Ridiculous!!! How could I have known that it was going to break within the first month of having it? And how be so unrealistic? Who can genuinely evaluate a product within 72 hours of delivery. I’m screwed but didn’t want anyone else to be.
