Dining table delivery from La Redoute promised 8 to 11 days after purchase. One month later absolutely nothing, calls to Tamdis useless as they offer no solution, just that I must wait. Haven't updated the tracking for 25 days!!! And that is when the website actually works... Why do the retailers use this joke of a company ???

UPDATE: 8 days further on (31 days since purchase) and still no table, just a pointless email saying I must wait. No prospective delivery date or where the table is. PATHETIC !!!! Pathetic service. Purchased a dining table on 10th Dec with delivery promised for 8 to 11 days after. 23 days later I still have no delivery. No communication from them at all to notify me about delivery status. Up to me to keep phoning only to get the same 'sorry' and no further help. Unsurprisingly, the delivery is through TAMDIS, equally useless.

Great staff but when you collect the car, it is shown to you casually in the near dark as the lights at the collection area are minimal but when you return the car at the drop off, you'll be surrounded by intense lighting and incredible scrutiny. Be absolutely sure that EVERY blemish / chip / scratch is noted BEFORE you accept the car otherwise it will be blamed on you when you return the car.
