Constantly cutting off when youre in the middle of gaming or streaming films. I would never ever recommend this company and definitely will not be renewing, paying £30 for the worst Internet provider ive ever experienced, should've stayed with talk talk

Terrible. Keeps dropping out while even while using a WiFi extension. In the middle of games and it just drops out multiple times in the evening. Not worth it at all, will be switching as soon as possible.

I've ordered two things off this app and I'm paying monthly but my account doesn't show what I have left to pay. Because I can't access this I don't know what I need to pay back, and they've charged me for not paying, but when I don't have an amount on my account there's physically no way for me to make a payment?

Shocking, all of a sudden you cant exchange online orders in store? Picked up the parcel Tuesday, in which I had to pay £5 to get this delivered IN STORE!!
Tried on my item - which was shocking quality by the way, bought a sports bra which does absolutely nothing (USA pro) - I went to exchange it for a Nike one, which was around £10 more expensive to be told I can't, and the lady who served me explained and then called up another lady to explain further, the second lady was so patronising saying it was on the form, I have ordered a number of things over the years and when I've had to exchange I've never had a problem, but now all of a sudden I have to send it back to the warehouse, WHICH I HAVE TO PAY FOR???? Just overall shocking, they will not be getting another penny, I'm selling the item on vinted as I don't want anything to do with them now, the item was £14, I'd be getting £14 refund, but I've already spent £5 on delivery and will probably be the same to send it back so absolutely no worth, they just get worse and worse AVOID

Had a document come through showing their tests on rats, rabbits and mice? This is insane and disgusting, whats ink got to do with poor innocent animals??? Will definitely be changing now I don't want anything to do with this brand, disgusting

Absolutely ridiculous the fact that I've had to go to 4 different lockers just to post something? Even when the website has everything in green saying loads of space!! Disgusting, do they just not get emptied and delivered? Avoiding from now on at all costs what a waste of my time and fuel.

My boyfriend loved it, he loved the personal touch you can add.
