Just had my order cancelled for 'stock issues' yet this comes 3 days after they happily took my money!

Only reason I'm not giving 1* is due to Stephanie in customer care who extremely apologetic and spent a good 15 minutes trying to resolve the matter (unfortunately, to no success).

Haven't used this brand in quite some time yet the beautiful products and great service are just as I remember. I visited the Chiswick branch for terracotta tiles and complimenting paint which I was struggling to source and combine elsewhere. I met Sam who was a pleasure to deal with as he provided various options and helped narrow down to the perfect match. Extremely friendly and hospitable chap who I'd recommend to visit if any advice or style ideas are needed from this company.

It's always a shame when you have to make a trip to iSmash due to the obvious of having your Apple product damaged yet Masimiliano in the Chiswick branch is always as helpful and efficient as can be, I always recommend anyone I come across with issues to their iPhones to pay him a visit as you just can't go wrong with his service.

Amazing selection of taps and fixings. Chiswick high road branch were especially helpful in assisting me to find the perfect fit for my bathroom.

In store, the service is adequate however, the technical aspects are appalling. Delayed deliveries, no contact from the company to make us aware of ongoing problems with my orders and a nightmare to get hold of anyone at their head office to discuss these issues.
