We hear you — and we understand that many Lifetime users feel the only acceptable resolution would have been a refund.

Unfortunately, since this was an asset-only acquisition, we never had access to the funds collected from those Lifetime deals, nor to the previous payment platforms (like PayPal or PinPayments, which were registered under the old Australian company, BoostNetwork Pty Ltd). That’s why all users, including monthly subscribers, had to re-subscribe under our new payment system after the acquisition.

We understand that feels like a hollow answer — but it’s the factual one. We kept the accounts running for two additional years at our own cost because we couldn’t offer refunds we never received.

We know this won’t change your opinion, but we want to be clear, even if the outcome remains frustrating.
