Friendly, efficient and professional
'V' arrived to give my elderly mother a hearing test (she had recently had a eye test and glasses from them). Very friendly and efficient. Mum liked her. Went through the results and suggested some options - no hard sell and selected the most appropriate hearing aid (it was 'bronze' so the cheapest but most suited to her needs). Thanks.
