Good experience shopping here. called in with my sister; me to get my cat food and my sister got dog treats.
it is only my second time visiting the store, I was absolutely amazed at the range and choice of products and wanted sis to see the choices as she lives nearby. The staff were lovely too, very helpful. I will be calling again.

Excellent products, unfortunately one item was out of stock again but it is very popular. I normally order a few items together and get free delivery which I appreciate and delivery is quick. it is sometimes a bit tricky to find the correct products in the search bar but try different words!

when I place an order to be delivered to my property, I hope that the order is completed and item is delivered safely. I do not expect it to be left in 'a safe place' , which is nowhere near the property, decided on by the driver; apart from that I was in, awaiting delivery. very frustrating.

ordered as a gift. the quality was excellent and one of the few changing robes with removable washable towel interior layer. it was very well received and I even got to use it a couple of weeks later at an open water swim. very cosy and warm. I just need to get one for myself.
I love the idea that a tree is planted for every purchase, brilliant idea.

excellent on line service. I ordered a puffer jacket which arrived quicker than estimated; it was lovely quality and super warm but was too big for me. I returned it and was refunded quickly.

placed an order on Thursday afternoon, was advised it was with Yodel on Friday and would be delivered on Tuesday 01/09; it arrived 3pm today, 29/08. Nice friendly, polite delivery driver. Thank you Yodel 🙂
