One of my clients has several BatteryCams. He changed his mobile phone and had difficulty logging into the app as he had forgot his password. After a call from me, technical sorted the problem quickly for him. Brilliant service. Thank you chaps.

Website and email lockouts

I had a problem with my own websites locking me out from the home pages but not others. Also my emails crashed regularly. After a few das of 'Chat' with Naomi Marshall (who was extremely patient and helpful) she discovered that one of my many email accounts was locking out my home IP address due to an incorrect email password on one of my many email addresses. This was made more tedious due to me having four devices using different email clients. Whilst trying to resolve the issue Nikita Smith took over and saw the rectification through to completion. I appreciate the patience and professional attitude, especially from Naomi, who reset my account on numerous occasions over three days whilst we tried to get to the crux of the problem. Many thanks ladies.
