Awful company. Do not buy from them. They take your money and then you don't receive your item. They do not respond when you get in contact. I've not got my money back. Steer clear, buy from someone else not here.

I bought two bandanas for my two jack russells.
When they arrived i was surprised at the quality of the item. You would expect this quality if you had paid a pound in poundland.
They are not personalised as they state. You can choose a different colour picture and they call this personalised. If a shop offered different coloured towels and I picked a blue one, has this been personalised for me. No it is a stock item. The compamy state they make the to order which i find hard to believe. They will have a stock of each one they offer. It is misleading asking for your digs name on a personalised item then that name does not appear on the item
So not purchase from this company poor quality, expensive and misleads the customer

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review of your recent experience, however I am saddened to hear you were disappointed with your experience with us.
All of our bandanas are classed as personalised items as they are printed to order based on the selections a customer makes whilst purchasing. This is due to the vast number of possible combinations a customer can select from the icons we offer and various colour options.
We do ask for your dog's name as part of the registration process to enhance the personalised experience of shopping with us, and so that we can accurately display previews of products that are personalised with name. This however does not mean that all of our items come personalised with name, and we do state on the product descriptions to what degree our products are personalised, so I do apologise if this was missed when ordering.
If you do have any further concerns regarding the quality of your items, then please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer care team who will look into this further for you.

Review of Thortful
Card was very poor quality. I looked like someone had made it on a photocopier. Expensive for the quality and wont order from here again

Thanks for leaving us a review, and we’re sorry that you weren't satisfied with the quality of your card.
It is often the case that if a part of the design looks 'low-res' then this could be a conscious decision of the creator themselves, used for effect, I'm afraid.
We moderate all of the content uploaded to thortful on an individual basis to ensure that it is appropriate for thortful and that it is up to the standard of quality necessary for printing at A5 size, so as this card passed these checks it should be of the standard necessary. It is often the case that if a part of the design looks 'low-res' then this is a conscious decision of the creator themselves, used for effect.
