so disappointed…

I’ve been a longtime customer of this company till recently… The last order I received the product was extremely thin compared to the lush alpaca socks I have received in the past? I placed an order on 7/22/25, I was charged shipping… however 2+ weeks later I still haven’t received any notification in my order was on its way?! Emails to the company went unanswered. I finally received an email that it was on the way and delivered on 8/9/25. Unfortunately, it was only half the order I paid for. 🤷🏼‍♀️ again I’ve reached out to the company on numerous occasions, asking for information on where the rest of my order was or to refund me the money for the product I didn’t receive? Today is 8/18/25 into date. They have yet to respond to any of my emails so I’m now filing a complaint with the Attorney General‘s office and the FTC because they have my money, and will not communicate with me? I’m so disappointed in their unprofessionalism and will never buy from them again!!! I recommend others look elsewhere for their socks!

Scammers & Liars

Like many Asian companies dealing in the US today, they’re liars and scammers!! They advertise “RISK FREE 30 day in home trial” yet when I contacted them one day after receiving the product to return them, they started by offering me 10% discount to keep the product. I said no I want to return it and they said fine for a 20% restocking fee and a $11.87 return label fee resulting in almost a 30% production in my refund…how is that risk free? 😡😡 Yes, they did reach out to me only AFTER I wrote this review, again they are making me jump through hoops backwards to get my refund… They sent me a link to fill out for the return, which I did early on Wed, was told that “once the request is reviewed someone will get back to you...” Today is Sunday and I still have not heard from them regarding their ‘follow up’?! 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😡

Horrible co to deal with…LIARS!

Horrible product, poorly made, I ordered the smallest size but they were still too big for me, I Wanted to return them for a refund like they guaranteed, but they played games with me and took me several weeks to finally convinced them to refund my money!

HORRIBLE customer service

HORRIBLE…they don’t divulge that the products are shipped from China, taking much longer than one might expect, after 3 wks I only received 1/2 my order…tried to call them at the number they have listed but it’s out of service 😡 So I can’t even review the product because I haven’t gotten it yet but the half I got today I guess it’ll work? Like many companies operating out of China while using a US address (probably nothing more than a PO Box?!) They claimed to offer you a moneyback guarantee… right, their version is to offer 30% back and let you keep the product that you don’t want or Tell you that you have to ship it back to China at your own expense including custom fees! Do yourself a favor & just don’t deal with them!!

RIPPOFF!

RIPPOFF!! I would have given them a MINUS 10 if possible!! They state “30 day money back guarantee” that’s BS! Within days of receiving my shipment I wrote to say they were too big (I had ordered the smallest size) and they hurt my feet and wanted my money back. They responded with….
We are pleased to offer you two options for resolution:
1. Free Replacement
2. Partial Refund
FINALLY they said If I wanted a full refund I could send everything back to CHINA, costing an exorbitant amount of money on my part!!
Look at their website, they have a US phone number, feature pictures only of lily white Americans… Promise a refund but then when you asked for it you won’t get it! The product is worth about five dollars don’t bother!!

Love my mug & was impressed by how quickly it arrived!! While I appreciate the minimal packaging I wonder if that could be achieved without using Styrofoam?
