Really love Margaret Dabbs products

Really love Margaret Dabbs products. Started the nail strengthening treatment , Serum and oil 1 month ago. As promised it took 3 weeks to see a big difference, but some improvement after 1 week. I like that the products feel natural, not overly scented, no irritation, don’t peel off within a day and not to expensive, and the varnish has a nice pink appearance.
I’ve tried lots of products for my soft, peeling nails, and most either don’t work or are too abrasive and cause dermatitis.

Shitshow from start to finish

Shitshow from start to finish. I had the misfortune of coming into contact with Davies group on my dad’s British Gas appliance cover. I was passed to them as power of attorney to sort out a new freezer.
Davies refused to speak to me, or accept that poa is a legal document. They refused to let me speak to someone more senior or the details of how to make a complaint. They made caring for 2 disabled parents even more stressful. AVOID if you possibly can!!

Fab dryer but delivery lets it down

I received the hairdryer as a Christmas present and I absolutely love the dryer. I have lots of wavy, frizzy hair and have tried everything without success. But this dryer is the best solution, not a magic wand, but sooo much less frizz. I’ve tried the Dyson dryer and this is a far better quality product and better results.
The only reason for not 5 stars is it took 4.5 weeks to arrive and the tracking only worked for the last week. Norden customer services were helpful, and the long delivery isn’t really an issue, but it would have been good to have expected this on order to reduce the worrying. And despite being really pleased, the delivery issue has put me off ordering anything again. Would be much easier if norden had a European stockist.

Excellent customer service

I ordered a cat feeder with zooplus. Unfortunately yodel said they delivered my order but didn’t. Zooplus responded really quickly using the contact form on the app, investigated and issued a refund, all within 1 week from order to refund. Zooplus were very communicative throughout.
Have also ordered food and toys many times which arrived with no issue.

Avoid

I ordered 2 tops from floryday. Both arrived looking nothing like the picture and 1 was a completely different material...wish I’d read the reviews first. I returned 1 top, floryday were quick to reply to emails but very slow to refund . A refund was promised but never arrived and the company just send out copy and paste replies. I eventually got a refund by taking out a dispute with PayPal.
I think floryday just keep customers waiting until they give up. I also think ‘Airydress’ is the same company, as it has identical clothes/website/logo

Love the shoes

Love the shoes. So comfy and lots of compliments. I ordered half a size smaller after reading the reviews and I’m wide footed, they fit perfectly. Bought them for work but wear them all the time. Great fast service from mastershoe too
