Poor service. I am a business user and internet is critical to the running of my business. Someone telling me it may take 48 hours before someone gets back to me is not good enough. I am disgusted by the lack of knowledge. Told the problem MAY be outage, but that does not show up anywhere when I do a check of what outages are occurring. I feel completely palmed off.
