Con company,offer unlock service for…

Con company, offer unlock service for 11.99 euros then ask for more money. No one ever gets a refund .They said I'm using a stolen card (I wasn't) and offered to unlock what they thought was a stolen phone for 79 euros.this is a data harvesting scam and blatant thievery.only good reviews are the ones these fake.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We aim to make our pricing clear and transparent. The initial fee of €11.99 is for the Eligibility check, and any further costs are outlined before you make the final payment. According to our terms and conditions, once payment is made, it cannot be refunded if the Eligibility check has been performed.

If your order is awaiting an Unlocking Payment, we encourage you to continue the process. If you need immediate assistance, please use the Live Support option in your tracking page. This will help us resolve any issues you might be facing more quickly.

Regarding your concern about being accused of using a stolen card, this would be based on security flags that can sometimes be triggered erroneously. If there's a misunderstanding, our team would be happy to look into it for you through our support channels.

Please get back to us with more details or use the Live Support so we can assist you further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
