A truly excellent series of courses. I've done the lot, and they have taught me invaluable things that have helped me hugely.

Order came missing the most expensive items. I sent multiple messages. Weeks later I get a "sorry, we will refund you asap" reply. 3 messages and 2 months later I have still received no refund.
